Study on the rheological properties of barite-free drilling mud with high density

چکیده

Improved drilling and reservoir penetration efficiency is directly related to the quality of mud used. The right choice type its components will preserve formation productivity, stability well walls reduce probability other complications. Oil gas operators use barite, less often siderite or hematite weighting agent as a component in composition muds for conditions increased pressure. But these additives productive leads reduction filtration characteristics reservoir, it almost impossible remove them from pore channels. Therefore, barite-free density based on formic acid salts with addition carbonate an acid-soluble bridging proposed. results experimental investigations rheological parameters solutions are given obtained data analyzed. Based comparison recommended high-density basis (sodium potassium formate) partially hydrolyzed polyacrylamide molecular mass 27 million.
